NO returns on closeout items. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase date.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Returning Goose or Duck Calls:\u00a0 <\/strong>You must contact the CWA by email (store@christianwaterfowlers.org) or call (479) 957-3033 within 2 days of receiving merchandise (<strong>no exceptions<\/strong>), and goose\/duck call must be in same shape as when you first received it. \u00a0 All CWA duck and goose calls made by Elite and or C&amp;S Custom Calls must be returned to Elite or C&amp;S for any modifications, repair or warranty work.\u00a0 Please call 479-957-3033 for more information.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Defective or Damaged Merchandise:<\/strong>\u00a0 All items received damaged must be reported within 2 business days by calling (479) 957-3033 or e-mail us at store@christianwaterfowlers.org.\u00a0 We must have original box with tracking label attached for a UPS or USPS claim.\u00a0 Always inspect and test your equipment immediately upon delivery, even if you do not plan to use it right away.\u00a0 Most products we sell are covered by a manufacturer&#8217;s warranty that requires items to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement of repair.<br \/><br \/><strong>Free Shipping Conditions:\u00a0<\/strong> All items offered as Free Shipping is subject to change.\u00a0 Free Shipping only applies to the lower 48 states.\u00a0 Please refer to the Returning Merchandise policy above if you are returning an item that originally included free shipping.<br \/><br \/>Once your item has been authorized for return please ship to:\u00a0 Christian Waterfowlers Association 434 Brush Creek Rd.
